Andrew Buck is Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Law and the Department of History at the University of Victoria. He was formerly the Associate Dean (Strategic Development) in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the Australian Catholic University. He was previously the Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Arts at Macquarie University, and the Director of the Centre for Comparative Law, History & Governance and the Director of the Law and Property Rights Research Centre in the Faculty of Law at Macquarie University. Additionally, Dr. Buck has been a visiting Professor of Law at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Florida (Gainesville). He is a past president of the Australia and New Zealand Law and History Society, and was the editor of the Australian Journal of Legal History. Dr. Buck can be reached at andrewbuck@uvic.ca.
