Wednesday, October 16: Jim Reynolds, Vancouver Lawyer. Jim Reynolds will talk about aboriginal law and Canadian history, subjects which were at the centre of a more than 40-year legal practice representing First Nations, especially the Musqueam of Vancouver. He has written a number of books, including Aboriginal Peoples and the Law: A Critical Introduction (Vancouver: UBC Press/Purich, 2018) and From Wardship To Rights: The Guerin Case and Aboriginal Law (Vancouver: UBC Press, 2020).
